How to read this page

Every service is a route, not a feature list.

  1. 01The friction

    What is going wrong today.

  2. 02What we build

The fix, designed around your work.

  3. 03The boundary

Where a rule, a role or a person decides.

  4. 04The outcome

What you have, and own, afterwards.

The seven services

Before, the boundary, and after — for each one.

Each row is the short version of the route its own page tells in full.

01 · Web design and development

From a site that loses visitors to one that does the job.

Before
Visitors arrive on a phone, can't find the price or the button, and leave for the next result.
The boundary
Nothing goes live until you have reviewed and approved every page.
After
Live on your domain, with the code, the content and the domain itself in your name.
See the full route: Web design and development
Web design route A visitor leaving a cluttered page; the page rebuilt around one clear action on desktop and phone; a copper approval point before launch; a key for a site the owner holds. 01020304

02 · Digital marketing and SEO

From invisible on the map to found nearby.

Before
Someone searches your trade near them and a competitor's profile shows up first, with more reviews, fresher posts and the right hours.
The boundary
Every month you see impressions, calls and direction requests — the numbers Google reports, not a score we invented. We don't promise rankings.
After
A profile and pages that stay accurate and active where nearby customers look, and a clear record of what changed.
See the full route: Digital marketing and SEO
Local signal route A faint business pin outshone by a competitor's; the pin strengthened with signal rings; a copper monthly review; the pin found by nearby customers. 01020304

03 · Custom CMS

From content stuck in someone else's platform to content your team runs.

Before
Edits queue for a developer or a plugin, the per-seat bill grows, and leaving the platform means starting over.
The boundary
Roles decide who can edit and who can publish. Every change is versioned and recorded in the audit log.
After
The full source, schema and deployment docs on handover. Host it anywhere, with no per-seat fees.
See the full route: Custom CMS
Content modules route Jammed, overlapping blocks; a tidy grid of content modules; a copper draft, review and publish checkpoint; one source feeding a website, an app and a kiosk. 01020304

04 · Workflow automation

From copy-and-paste busywork to rules that run, each with an owner.

Before
Leads arrive in three places, details get retyped, and the follow-up waits on whoever remembers.
The boundary
Routine, low-risk steps run on their own. Anything outside the rules stops and waits for its owner.
After
Every automation has a person accountable for it, and a record of each job it has run.
See the full route: Workflow automation
Rules gate route Three scattered inboxes; their work merged into one queue; a copper rule gate where routine work passes and exceptions branch off to wait for an owner; a logged result. 01020304

05 · AI integration

AI drafts. A person decides.

Before
The same questions come in after hours and between jobs, and every reply waits until someone is free.
The boundary
Anything published under your name waits for a person. Live conversations say they are AI, answer, take details and book. They cannot agree a price or make a commitment, and they hand off when unsure.
After
Routine questions answered quickly; prices, commitments and judgment calls stay with your team.
See the full route: AI integration
Human approval gate route A single question signal enters a bounded glass chamber, where a draft is prepared and stays inside. The signal stops at a closed copper gate where a person stands. The onward route is dashed and unlit until that person approves. 01020304

06 · Communication workflows

From a missed call to the right person.

Before
On a job, after hours or on another line, and the caller hangs up and tries the next number.
The boundary
When a person is the right answer it transfers the call live. It says it's an AI assistant at the start of every call, and it cannot agree a price or change an order.
After
Each conversation transcribed and logged to your CRM, routed to whoever should take it next.
See the full route: Communication workflows
Communication handoff route A ringing phone and a dropped call; a first contact answered and confirmed; a copper handoff to a person; a logged conversation that person now holds. 01020304

07 · Custom software and SaaS

From the tool you run on to the product your industry buys.

Before
Spreadsheets, a booking tool and a billing app that don't talk to each other, and a process good enough that others in your trade might pay for it.
The boundary
Tenant isolation, per-tenant sign-in and role-based access from the start, with every action in the audit log.
After
Full source, infrastructure-as-code and docs handed over. Run it yourself or keep us on to grow it.
See the full route: Custom software and SaaS
Product system route Scattered, disconnected tools; one layered system; a copper tenant boundary around a single customer's layer; separate copies of the product for many customers. 01020304

Proof

Work you can check for yourself

10 sites built, 6 live on their owners' domains. These are real clients, and every one of them owns what we built.

“They redesigned our site, set up our marketing, and built automations that handle lead follow-up for us. We stopped losing jobs to slow response time. Worth every penny.”

The copper point on every route

Every route has a place where it stops.

A launch you approve. A rule that decides what runs on its own. A role that decides who publishes. A person who answers before anything goes out under your name. It is drawn in copper on every service on this page because it is the part that makes a system safe to rely on.

How it fits together

One website, one console, one engine.

Every service on this page plugs into the same system. The site your customers see, the console you work in, and the automation running between them are one build, not three vendors.

Questions

What people ask before they start

If yours isn't here, ask Erica or book a call. A person replies within one business day.

Which service do I actually need?

Usually the one closest to the problem that costs you jobs today. If people can't find you, start with marketing; if they find you and leave, start with the website; if leads arrive and wait, start with automation. On a free call we tell you which one, and which ones can wait.

How long does it take to build my website?

Most websites launch in about two weeks; we work to a 14-day target. Larger builds get a dated schedule before work starts. You review and approve everything before launch.

Do I own my website?

Yes. The domain, the code and the content are in your name. If we ever part ways, you keep a working site.

What if I already have a website?

We audit it for free and tell you what needs fixing, and whether it's worth rebuilding at all. No obligation.

How do I know if the marketing is working?

Every month we send a report with rankings, traffic, leads and reviews, taken from Google's own numbers and your own systems.

What happens if I stop paying for the monthly plan?

Nothing is taken from you. The site keeps serving and the code stays yours; the marketing work and the AI features stop. The pricing page sets out the terms for each plan.
