Scoped AI for Bay Area businesses, with a person at the gate.
Chat, voice and content assistants that work only from information you approve. They answer routine questions quickly, and stop for a person before anything goes out under your name.
Your services, hours and policies, reviewed by you before launch.
Approval before publishing
Anything that goes out under your name waits for a person.
Hands off when unsure
It escalates to your team instead of guessing.
Reviewed every week
We read the conversations and tighten the answers.
How can a local business use AI without losing control?
Use assistants where they save real time: answering website questions, drafting replies and sorting incoming email and texts, with a person approving anything that matters. They run on the Basic plan at $499 a month per site, and a build with the website and the assistants starts at $4,000.
How the work runs
AI drafts. A person decides.
Every engagement follows the same route: what is going wrong, what we build to change it, where a rule or a person decides, and what you have at the end.
01The friction
Questions arrive faster than anyone can answer
The same questions come in after hours and between jobs, and every reply waits until someone is free.
02What we build
Scoped AI, set up with what you approve
An assistant that works only from content you have reviewed: your services, hours and policies, and nothing else.
03The boundary
It stops at the approval gate
Anything published under your name waits for a person. Live conversations say they are AI, answer, take details and book. They cannot agree a price or make a commitment, and they hand off when unsure.
04The outcome
Faster answers, human decisions
Routine questions answered quickly; prices, commitments and judgment calls stay with your team.
What we set up

The boundaryEscalates to a person rather than guessing when it isn't sure.

Blog article drafts
Google Business Profile post drafts
Social media captions
Email newsletter copy
Checked for facts and tone by a person
Queued as drafts, never published on its own
The boundaryEverything it writes is a draft until someone on your team publishes it.
Setup process
How we set it up
01
Business setup
We configure the assistant with your services, prices, FAQs, policies and the way you talk to customers. You review all of it before launch.
02
Integration
We add the chat assistant to your website and connect your phone system. You approve everything before it goes live.
03
Testing
We test it with ordinary questions, awkward ones and the cases where it should hand off, and fix what we find before launch.
04
Monitor and improve
We read the conversations every week and adjust the answers based on what real customers ask.
Why you can trust it
The rules are written down, and you can check them.
We publish how we use AI, what it may and may not do, and where a person decides. The same rule-bound approach already routes quote requests for a Bay Area client.
Monthly price on the launch offer: 50% off your first year if you sign by July 5, 2027.
Questions
AI integration questions
Will customers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. It says it's an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, by chat or by phone, every time. That is our policy, and it is in line with California's bot disclosure law (SB 1001). Customers can ask for a person at any point.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
We set it up to be cautious: if it isn't sure, it hands the conversation to a person instead of guessing. You approve everything it works from before launch, and we correct answers when the weekly review turns up a mistake.
Can the AI book appointments in my calendar?
Yes. The chat assistant and the voice agent can both book into Google Calendar, Outlook or the scheduling tool you already use.
How is this different from a basic chatbot widget?
A basic chatbot follows a fixed script of if-then branches. Ours uses a large language model configured with your business information, so it can handle questions phrased in different ways. Your data is not used to train the model.
What does it cost?
The assistants run on our Basic plan, which includes digital marketing and AI automation: $499/mo per site. A build that includes the website, marketing and the assistants starts at $4,000. We quote the setup, fixed, before any work starts.
Do I need to manage the AI myself?
No. We handle setup, updates and monitoring as part of your monthly plan. We read the conversations every week and send you anything that needs a decision.

Where an assistant would help, and where it shouldn't.
On a free 30-minute call we look at the questions and paperwork that fill your team's day, and tell you which ones an assistant could answer or draft and which should stay with a person.
